Rettie offer a Graduate Programme within our Development team. In addition to offering the opportunity to work within all areas of the business over a 12 month period, our programme offers support and access to RICS-approved training.
My background is in economics. I didn't know exactly how I wanted to immerse myself in the real estate sector long term, and I saw this rotational programme as the best way to learn about each side of the business. As the programme covers a variety of areas, Research, Build to Rent, Land and Development, and New Homes, it really is great transition from study to work. Everyone is very supportive and here to help.
