The manager of the shawlands office came out and really seemed to understand what the issues in the house were extent stairs age of building ongoing maintenance etc he won the commission that was in April.2023 .
The office team in shawlands were exemplary and the house was sold for well over the asking price 100k over in a short period of time unfortunately the buyer pulled out late on and Rettie advised to wait to spring 2024 house sold quickly amd sale was completed 7th November all delays due to planning permission. Grace did an amazing job gave great advice found tradesmen to finish jobs etc even helped me find a new solicitor she went well above and beyond in helping me sell the house I can't thank her enough. It really was a great experience.

We've circled round the Southside property market for years, with various levels of support from different estate agents.
