Hi Simon, I recommended yourselves to market this building as I had used you before many moons ago to sell a property. Callum and Tino did a grand job and kept both myself and Nisbet solicitors who we used for the legal part up to date throughout the sale and although the sale was not as straight forward as we had hoped we did get over the line a couple of weeks ago so all is good now. The staff kept us informed all through the process of selling my mother's house. They were friendly and easy to chat to and ask questions . As an Executor ,I had not been in that position before and the staff were aware of all the processes involved. They kept in touch and were very efficient informing us of each viewing and the outcome. . The Edinburgh residential sales team runs a smooth and professional operation under the watchful eye of Max Mills. We were particularly fortunate in being assigned Fraser Wardhaugh to handle our sale. His proactive approach, combined with a calm demeanor and the ability to leverage excellent relationships with all the parties concerned with our sale, was fundamental to getting the sale over the line with our sanity in place! This was particularly impressive given his move to the Melrose office mid way through proceedings. A special shout out too for Kate Purdie who was instrumental in getting people through the door to view.
