This development by Headon Developments, featured 11, 2 bedroom mews houses. The development was designed to be synonymous with traditional mews house style but with a modern twist. The properties have contemporary features such as a skylight, gallery overlooking the living space, and are finished to a very high specification.

This development featured three luxury 4 bedroom family homes. Individually designed, these properties offered spacious family living in a much sought-after location, complete with private gardens and parking. Situated on a quiet lane with private access, these homes were designed to complement the surrounding conservation area, while remaining modern in their design and fittings.

Castle View is a development by Akela Developments and offered a selection of exclusive 4 bedroom detached properties in Cousland, Midlothian. The development comprised of 13 contemporary family homes nestled off Southfield Road in a residential cul-de-sac each with their own private garden and driveway.
Western Harbour
A development of 2,230 homes on Forth Ports Edinburgh land holdings led by Rettie. The first phase of 234 BTR homes, Harbour Point and Harbour Gateway, was delivered with a demand of 36:1. The next phases comprise 1,600 BTR homes and 400+ homes for sale and consent for 938 of these is being granted.Latest Insight & Opinion
According to an independent research report from Homes for Scotland (HFS) released this week, the proportion of housing delivered by SME home builders has fallen by half since 2017.
