As The Fringe Festival returns to Edinburgh in 2022, running from 5th to 29th August, it’s looking hopeful that performances will return to the stage for the events’ 75th anniversary year.

Already, we are experiencing strong demand from industry professionals and production companies for accommodation over the Festival period.

Outstanding Festival Performance

If you’re considering letting your property on a short-let basis for the festival, or for a couple of months throughout the year, Rettie Short Lets have extensive experience of managing on a short-let basis. We’ll be able to secure you a full-month booking throughout August, there’ll be no dramas – we’ll organise everything. We’ll look after your bookings, maximise your returns and ensure that your property is well looked after.
