Nicole joined Rettie in 2022, initially as a Sales Administrator with the New Homes team before being promoted to coordinate all activity across the wider Development Services department. In her current role as a Risk and Compliance Analyst, Nicole works across the entire company to support and improve compliance obligations, ensuring that all processes and operations align with regulatory standards. Her attention to detail and strong analytical skills contribute to enhancing the company's risk management practices. Nicole’s interest in property spans both professional and personal capacities, as she develops a deeper knowledge and understanding of the property industry through her role with Rettie while simultaneously renovating her own home in the countryside.
